Some ability to work remotely.

Cons

1.) Onit is lacking vision and overall strategy. The C-team is oversized given the size of the company however there isn't alignment - mostly competing priorities and agendas which creates a divided company. 2.) The culture is toxic with an incredible amount of infighting. 3.) Candidates are often mislead (strategy, org. structure, etc.) and this continues during employment. This comes from the c-level. 4) Onit has difficulty paying vendors, and there are delays for covering basic costs like expense reports.

Like many businesses, including those of our customers, Onit is combatting the effects of an unpredictable macroeconomic environment that inadvertently contribute to a domino effect. However, all vendors are paid and expense reports reimbursed. Onit’s business is strong, as is our commitment to continued business development and cultural growth.

lots of work to stay busy, fair amount of product learning available, and some great coworkers

Cons

too many customer implementations are rats nests that are next to impossible to support. The company seemed to have an old school leadership/culture. most teams were consistently understaffed. there was significant turnover.
