That is a good thing, it means we are putting more people to work, and helping more companies achieve their marketing, creative and technology initiatives. It also means we continue to create career growth opportunities for our employees. Our best practices and detailed strategic plan outline the path for Onward’s future as a company. Honoring our core value of transparency, that information is available to all our employees. I am happy to spend some time walking you through it, to help connect some of the dots for you. I am sorry to hear that you feel as though our leaders don’t care about individual success or career growth. Our leadership team works tirelessly to ensure that we are tackling the challenges facing our teams and our industry. This year we have made several significant investments in the business, including a Learning and Development division that is responsible for mapping career paths. The biggest driver of that investment is our people and their careers. You are right, we are moving more towards metrics, but the reason is to have clear measurement on our performance and to drive accountability. We continue to live our core values, which are anchored in delivering amazing customer service and working as a team.
