      We agree, our staff is great! We always try to learn from our mistakes, but there's not much in this comment that we can learn from or act on. While we appreciate the advice, the fact is, we're a little too committed to our clients, our freelancers, and our employees to quit now. Absent more constructive feedback, we'll just continue matching incredible talent with some of the nation's most innovative companies. Wishing you the best in whatever is next for you!

      From the moment I joined Onward, I was impressed by the supportive and engaging environment that focused on both personal and professional growth! During my tenure with Onward I have been rewarded with many growth opportunities. Onward has remarkable leadership. Ken Clark has stepped back in as CEO and we couldn't be more thrilled! The entire leadership team has a strong dedication to the well-being and growth of their employees. My manager is approachable, supportive and genuinely cares about me - personally and professionally. Work-life balance is a huge focus at Onward. The remote work option is huge in allowing me a greater work-life balance, while still hitting my deadlines and delivering my work. Great benefits and PTO offerings. High earning potential, no cap, commission plan. Onward truly fosters a positive and nurturing work environment, inclusive of everyone. I absolutely recommend Onward to anyone seeking a rewarding career in staffing.

      Cons

      The company went through a recent re-organization. There is always fear with change, however I truly believe this re-organization was the right move for the company and will position Onward for more success in the future.

      - Leadership that strives to advance the knowledge, and careers of their employees - "Open book" and "Open Door" leaders who operate in a highly transparent manner - Great tools - High integrity - Strong customer and candidate focus

      Cons

      A history of change which some have found very disruptive. Need to settle in from the recent reorganization.
