Pros

Most people within the company are nice and easy to get along with. Fully remote is always good.

Cons

They set unrealistic expectations. Specifically, the CEO. They tell you what you want to hear, but end of the day you are just numbers on a piece of paper. If there are exact reasons why certain numbers aren't being met, they'll tell you that they will hear you out and be understanding, but when it actually happens, they threaten to and/or fire you. They're full of it.

Can help you get into a job quickly when you're looking for work

Very disorganized and unclear Onboarding was the most confusing experience They are not up front about anything Nobody explains what is required/expected of you, they say "just ask" I had serious questions about important aspects of my employment and took them to supervisors higher up when my needs weren't being heard The supervisor never responded to me They act like they care and want to help you but at the end of the day they don't
