Pros

Onward search is a great company! Very inclusive and great leadership! They allow people to be themselves all while maintaining good company culture and morals.

Cons

PTO could be a bit better. I would prefer if you got a set amount of days to use however you like (sick days, vacation etc) rather than having them divided up the way they are.

Too many changes, too frequently.

Growing company, they do their best to train remotely as possible.

Cons

Short leash, you have 90 days or you're out, which is difficult since they still don't have all their processes and procedures in place yet.

We are growing and our world-class Learning and Development team works tirelessly to train our new employees to success in the virtual world in which we work. We do have and manage to best practices, KPIs (and procedures) as well as core values that are published in our strategic plan and available in our learning management software for all employees to access and train on. We live by those best practices and our core values every day to ensure that we are living to our mission of connecting great talent with companies we serve. We don't have a set date to exit employees, and we do work with each employee on a customized performance improvement plan to ensure each employee has the support and training they need to lead to success. We realize that staffing isn't for everyone, it is a tough industry. There are instances, where either skill or fit are not a match and employees are exited.
