      A Place to Stay

      Pros

      The culture is beyond welcoming. The people are honest, kind, and caring. The benefits are generous. The flexibility is amazing. The company is growing, and the opportunities for growth are outstanding. This is the paradigm of places to work.

      Cons

      The self-proclaimed entrepreneurial culture can be a double edged sword. The changes are exciting, but stability is also necessary. Flexibility is critical, but processes are critical as well. As a young company on a growth trajectory, Onward is learning balance the need for structure with the value of freedom.
