Thank you for your review and for being at Onward, making a difference. I appreciate your candor. You are right, we are transforming Onward Search and there are changes to how we operate. We are transforming to continue to meet the demands of our talent, the brands we serve and the global economy. We have an eight-step change management process in place to manage change. L&D plays an active role in ensuring we are taking employees on a learning journey with each strategic change. If there are ways for us to improve upon this process, please let your manager or I know. Alternatively, please jump in and help make the process better! We empower everyone in the organization to actively participate in our transformation by joining one or two of the various transformation teams. The leader of each transformation owner can be found on our intranet. Everyone has a voice and an opportunity to be a part of our strategic initiatives. -Our CEO is amazing. She listens to the needs of employees and is working so hard to break apart bad habit or tactics. She is truly a people person and knows that success of the business is driven by motivated and satisfied employees. Onward has undergone a lot of positive changes in the last year and it’s thanks to her ability to recognize an issue and address it immediately. -WE ARE FULLY REMOTE!! -PTO, benefits, and perks are great and they add to them each year based on the requests of employees. Work-life balance is overall good and managers encourage their workers to use their PTO. -We have an incredible L&D team who are genuinely driven to get new hires up and running and current employees exactly what they need to be successful and to grow within the company. -Leadership is transparent with employees about the company goals and encourages them to jump on board with assisting in hitting goals, even if it’s in a different area of focus (example: recruiters can help with an L&D measure and learn something new outside recruiting). Their weekly announcements are always encouraging and help get employees started with their week on the right note by reminding them that they are a huge value and asset to our company strategic goals. - Our DE&I committee is not just HR or leadership, but anyone can be a member. They have some amazing initiatives and work incredibly hard to make Onward an inclusive place for all.

Cons

- Pay may still a little low compared to the market, but senior management has been diligently working on this and it has improved over the last year. I foresee this to keep improving over the next few months.

Thank you so much for the review and the kind words. I appreciate your observation of all that we are doing to make Onward a disruptive and innovative force in our industry. I keep a master list of all of the ideas, thoughts and concerns that are shared with me and our Senior Leadership Team. That list is prioritized regularly and solutions are launched to address each, ensuring our employees are heard. I am happy to share the various compensation exercises that we do quarterly to ensure our compensation models are both competitive and that we maintain 100% pay parity (something I am extremely proud of!). We will get together as teams to learn and live our core value of having fun, but we are going to continue to offer fully remote options for our teams, so you have nothing to worry about on that front. Thank you for taking the time to express your thoughts and concerns. We strive to create a safe space for open and honest feedback from our employees. I am sorry that you did not discuss your concerns with your me or your manager before your departure. I agree with you on all of the pros you have listed. We do have a fantastic sales force. Our Recruiters and Account Executives are also unmatched. We do have a generous PTO plan, that we are working on enhancing in coming weeks. Our employees are focused on aligning with various clients and we agree that exposure strengthens expertise. I unfortunately do not agree with your cons. We can agree to disagree. Regarding our top line investment, I appreciate your concern for our bottom line. In business, at times, investment is required to scale. We are scaling and shattering performance records as we do it. As part of our investment strategy, Onward was committed to bringing in the best senior leaders in the business to achieve our organizational objectives, and we have done just that. We have the strongest Senior Leadership Team in our industry. Additionally, investing in and building a world class L&D capability is critical to the growth of our employees and our company, it addresses your comment about career paths and opportunities for growth. Regarding your micromanagement comment, I think you have it wrong. We are focused on being customer obsessed! That means that we measure and work to exceed the expectations of the Talent who trust us to find them work and the brands that we serve. I am sorry that our focus on delivering exemplary service isn't inline with your management expectations. Transparency is a non-negotiable company value, that is why we have shared our strategic plan, our transformation initiatives and our expectations for service delivery with the entire organization and review them with our teams every month as a company. We also have a top down open door policy that you didn't take advantage of. We are serious about our customers and we are serious about growth. That growth will continue to offer career opportunities to our teams. Each colleague has been given career pathing options along with access to the best L&D program in our industry.
