      Pros

      Some of the pros working here had absolutley NOTHING to do with management and everything to do with the coworkers in my office. Until they all got fired by the company who only wants family and friends they can pay the least amount possible

      Cons

      I was a former candidate at Onward Search, it is a REVOLVING DOOR of Recruiters who were always there one day then gone the next. NO LOYALTY to long-time exisiting employees-VERY SAD. I've seen employees waste their careers here going above and beyond only to get axed the second something happens that does not fit with the "family" agenda. AWFUL PLACE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

      Pros

      There is plenty of opportunity to do well in a sales role. The formula for success is straightforward and teams have been supportive of helping newer coworkers grow. management / HR communicates a ton and put in a lot of effort to make the office a fun place to be, even during COVID (lot's of positive and funny Slack channels!)

      Cons

      Wish I could work with more of the team members who sit in offices across the country! Being a sales organization split into regions makes that inter-office connection hard though...

      Commission structure is a joke, company is structured to make sure only top producers succeed, no real follow through from management to step up in any way
