Onward Search is a family owned company and that has set the bar pretty high with regards to working environment and culture for me.
As a company we have the infrastructure and funding in place to make strategic hires and expand into new markets to better serve our clients / candidates as we continue to grow as an industry leader in our space.
On a personal level Onward has afforded me the opportunity to relocate my family and continue to grow as an employee with multiple promotions and increased management responsibilities over the years.
Virtually every year that I have been with the company we have seen increased focus on Training and Employee Development programs as well as better benefit offerings with regards to Health, Dental, and Vision benefits. We've added Short-Term Disability, increased Maternity Leave Coverage, increased Vacation Time and PTO, Summer Friday programs, company sponsored Breakfast and Lunches, Holiday Parties, and countless sales competitions focused on putting more money in your pocket or more time off on the calendar.
