      Pros

      I love the team environment in the Atlanta office. We all work together very well and enjoy what we do. We have a lot of fun team outings and I enjoy coming to work everyday. Great place to be yourself and be successful. This is not a micro-managed environment- best recruiting firm I have worked at through out my career.

      Cons

      None! Although, a maternity policy (paid while out) would have been nice while I was out for 12 weeks.

As you know by now, we responded to the feedback from our employees and earlier this year we were very excited to roll out an expansion of our maternity policy which provides paid coverage for our new moms.       Pros

      I have never worked for a better company. This company will literally set you up for success. The office environment is so much fun, free-spirited, and relaxed. Not like your typical "wolf of wall street" staffing firm. We work hard but without having to run around with our heads cut off. It's amazing.

      Cons

      BD's get 50% of a deal while AE's and Recruiters have to split the 50%. You commission basically gets capped at some point because you will constantly be fighting attrition, even though it is not capped commission.

      They have finally pulled out of the UK market

      Cons

      - Poor management structure. - Lacks Diversity (predominantly white, middle aged males in senior roles) - Very little understanding of the UK market - No real knowledge or understanding with regards to recruitment - Poor training - Lazy approach to recruitment techniques (send corny spam emails in the hope they attract the attention of potential new clients) - Awful website - Refused to set up a UK bank account to pay staff in the UK - Payment for Freelance candidates could take up to 90 days
