None. If I could give Onward Search (Atlanta) zero stars, I would.

Cons

There are entirely too many to name, but if you are reading this and are considering working in the Atlanta office, rethink that decision because you will really regret it. You'll be told a lot of great things only to find out they are incredibly untrue.

Onward Search has been a rewarding company to work for. Make sure you bring your ideas to the table. The company expects its employees to provide feed back and participate in the continual evolution of the company. Its a very entrepreneurial culture.

Cons

Not so much a con, everybody need to bring A-game. Fast paced and ever changing environment.
