      Pros

      Onward Search was a place that I felt right at home. I left for a completely different industry, but if I were to go back into recruiting, Onward would be the only one I would choose. They provided me with goals I could reach and support along the way. My team was full of positive and fun people who all fit right into our culture. This is a place where you're able to have fun while you work hard. Management is always available to answer questions and you really feel like you're a part of the family.

      Cons

      This place is very hard to leave.

      Pros

      The culture and the people are unmatched at OS, but the company truly invests in its employees. The training I received has helped immensely and led to some early success, but the key is to stay hungry and true to OS values. If you buy in, there's no doubt you can grow as a professional, learn a BUNCH, and make new friends out of your great coworkers.

      Cons

      There are growing pains with any growing company, OS has tried a few different adjustments to process, but for the most part they are doing a great job listening to their employees.

      Pros

      The best reason to work here? Easily the people. My team is incredible... management does an incredible job hiring different personalities and skillsets and then guiding and mentoring everyone towards their strengths. Although metrics are implemented and closely monitored, they tend to be more of a best practice or guidepost and there is a ton of flexibility to succeed in your own way. Everyone from the CEO on down to local leadership is available and accessible as both a sounding board and a mentor. Compensation is very fair and work/life balance is exceptional. Truly one of the best places I've ever had the privilege of working.

      Cons

      Nothing at all as far as culture and day-to-day work experience is concerned! The commission structure is definitely skewed in favor of the sales team, which could be either a positive or negative depending on which side of the process you happen to be on.
