This company is typical of what you expect to find in America as they at this time had done NO research into working in another territory and arrogantly assumed that one size fits all.

Cons

The opportunity was never what was promised and never is and the hard work to turn a completely mis sold opportunity into something successful does not exist simply because no one in the UK is given the opportunity to make decisions. Awful systems and KPI environment which reminds you of working in Insurance sale in the 70's & 80's, just everyone has laptops! Every person over the last 2 years has left the company for the same reasons which leaves one employee with an impossible task! Always an annual exodus throughout the company even in the US however the infrastructure in the UK now is simply non existent.

I learned a lot during my time at Onward Search. Management expected people to work hard and always wanted their employees to succeed.

Cons

You have to be comfortable and willing to work in a commission driven setting. Metrics are very key to the role.
