      Producers are very well equipped with the latest technologies. Entrepreneurial culture. World class marketing department. Very caring CEO. Strong leadership team. Many top level performers.

      Cons

      Production oriented organization. If you are willing to do the work and leverage tools and training provided you will do great at Onward Search.

      Pros

      I have enjoyed my time at Onward Search. The company provides tons of opportunities to learn new skills and provides great training. We have a generous PTO policy. Great team with open communication styles, and the leadership team is transparent about updates within the company.

      Cons

      So far no complaints, I have enjoyed my first year here.
