Cons

Honestly, the only con I have is that we're under our parent company and have to do as they say for budget, when we're bringing in more money than most of the other lines of business.

Despite Ookla's growth over the last few years, I really appreciate how much everyone respects each other's time, particularly across time zones.

Cons

I wish the fitness reimbursement was more generous. While it may be fine in some other places, it doesn't go very far in the Seattle area.
