As part of Ziff Davis, Ookla is established like a large organization yet maintains the culture and dynamic of a startup. I get to work with people who are really smart, dedicated, and humble. I feel that there is a lot of internal support and areas for career development. Work life balance and flexibility are excellent. Pay is competitive and culture is the hard to beat! Remote friendly, unlimited PTO (which you'll be encouraged to use), fun company parties/offsites, dog-friendly office, weekly catered lunches.
