Pros

The company has the potential to be amazing! The bones are good and the initial intentions of the CEO have been good.

Cons

Poor leadership on all levels. No trust among staff. They make no effort to know you. They don't like change.

Pros

Pretty good salary, good work environment.

Cons

No sick leave or bereavement, just the basic national holidays are paid. There have been a few issues with my paycheck not being accurate, but once notified they corrected it. Insurance options not great, especially for a family. I filled out paperwork for a flex spending account but it got misplaced at Optech so I missed the enrollment deadline. Bummer!

Unlike other staffing firms- great company culture for staff and on-site consultants.

Pros

I knew before I began employment that OpTech had some very good people leading the company and I can honestly say after being here nearly 6 months that this is very true. What we offer to our staff employees and to our contractors on site at our clients is far better than what most companies offer, and it's clear that this company values people both staff and consultants on site with our clients.

Cons

We are quickly growing clear we are going to need to expand our office space once again.
