Pros

Remote First Culture from day one Generous vacations, and paid holidays Good benefits overall

Cons

No movement upstairs to grow. No followthrough on programs for growth. Burned out us out juggling with a small staff during covid and then chased out tenured staff for having a larger salary.

Pros

-Supervisors and coworkers were for the most part very supportive in you as a person and working towards improving yourself. -Believed in work life balance, though was hard to end your shift if you were on a call as your shift ended. -Pay was decent for first time call center job, and PTO was almost never denied in my experience.

Cons

-While remote training was long (two/three weeks), when put onto the live floor, it felt like there was still a lot of information was not known in how to resolve issues. -Employees outside of customer service did not understand procedure sometimes and would send clients (restaurants) for help that was not something we were able to fix or as a different department. -Shifts were based on performance and was not permanent. Changed every 6 months, so your team and supervisor changed as well too.
