Pros

Flexibility, benefits, the people are great

Cons

Change is everywhere but more so here. Every 6 months we have some form of leadership change and therefore the support organizations have to shift as well. Pay practices are seriously lacking.

Pros

Average to good benefits; many remote/work at home positions. Reasonable regarding travel - just need to plan any 'must be home' weeks in advance.

Cons

Company is constantly buying other companies, each of which becomes the hot new product for a period of time; management focus and support shifts from other products in the same category. Layoff data in Q3 2014 skewed to a high percentage of older workers being let go, but not enough to support an age discrimination lawsuit.
