Pros

Great people both in R&D and on the consulting side. Lots of skilled people. Lot of flexibility for virtual employees.

Cons

Compensation is poor compared to competitors and it is extremely hard to get a pay raise. Upper management (CEO level) is only concerned about acquiring new companies not taking care of existing employees. Upper management also overly compensated compared to what they actually do. CEO is horrible.

Pros

Great people, great technology solutions.

Cons

Frustrating environment with limited management autonomy. Product strategy pivots happen too frequently. Acquisition ROI seems primarily to be maintenance renewal driven. Not a lot of product innovation after an acquisition has happened. No, or minimal value, placed on individual employees. It's a numbers game and the annual July RIFs are painful.
