Pros
Positive work environment. Decent bonuses. Work and family balance is somewhat encouraged. Nice progressist values (environment, health, etc.) Great involvment in community. Lots of activities offered. Work can be challenging and innovative at times.
Cons
The company grew too fast which led to growing pains. Employees are not trained properly and can find themselves not knowing how things work. Documentation is sparse if at all existing and processes are changing all to time. The company has a hard time focusing on a single priority, and priorities are constantly changing (even in the course of a single day!). Lots of time wasted in task switching. Communication between departments is lacking. Nobody in the middle management seems to be willing to make tough decisions.
