Great team and working environment in place. Company now has a clear vision for coming years. Lots of opportunity to grow within the company. Good salary & benefits.

Cons

Serious growing pains. Pushing to reach deadlines is currently difficult, but manageable.

working with a good bunch of lads,some more dedicated than others. salary only ok and at the lower end of the scale for similiar jobs in the area i live in (limerick,ireland).

Cons

very little training for the amount of work heaped on you,expected to pick up the slack when others out sick or on a training course.I felt lost at times with the lack of training and found it difficult to approach management for further training as would be frowned upon. working here over a year and actively trying to get out. i do not recommend this company.

Team is outstanding, the people working there are great to work with on the human aspect, great benefits, salary was really good as well

Cons

horrible growth plan, sold way too much for what they could deliver on, lies to customers all the time and forbides employees from telling the truth, promised 37.5 hours per week but nobody can do this.
