working with a good bunch of lads,some more dedicated than others. salary only ok and at the lower end of the scale for similiar jobs in the area i live in (limerick,ireland).

Cons

very little training for the amount of work heaped on you,expected to pick up the slack when others out sick or on a training course.I felt lost at times with the lack of training and found it difficult to approach management for further training as would be frowned upon. working here over a year and actively trying to get out. i do not recommend this company.

Hired some of the best people in the locality and created a great environment for engineering to flourish, great atmosphere and fun place to work

Cons

Senior management at global HQ are disconnected from the reality of the day to day activities and challenges facing the staff and are not willing or able to listen to constructive criticism regarding the design, or installation of the equipment and more importantly they are not listening to the customers. This could have been an industry leader if they listened to the good people they hired and let them have freedom to make changes.

Cons

Disgraceful treatment by management in limerick who are far less qualified for the role than they are. Management havnt a clue what’s going on ,the software is a disaster and we have lost our top people in the last few months because they know this company will not be around in a years time or so.
