Where do I start...supervision in my department were completely unresponsive with the exception of 1 person, no one was on the same page as far as what policies were actually implemented, I personally feel that some predatory/deceptive practices were used in order to get people to sign up( the numerous lawsuits and BBB complaints from clients seems to validate my belief and pretty much everything the clients are saying is accurate despite the rating), the pay rate was not on par for the work expected of you, falsely claimed a "family" like culture but then have a supervisor say they do not care if employees quit because they are replaceable, intimidated an employee who spoke up for themselves, pick & choose when they want employees to speak up during/after meetings ( when feedback is typically encouraged), introduced a policy( as well as others) that if you exceed over 5 minutes in break time you could be subject to disciplinary action( this is outside of the 2 ten minute breaks given during your shift), and will not provide a copy of said policy in writing. There is an employee that makes the job a little difficult for reps in the department I worked in and as far as I can tell management is too intimidated to correct the person. And I don't even want to start on the goofy that works in HR. This person will either completely ignore you when you ask a question or give a dimwitted answer that has nothing to do with the question asked. When I was initially hired for this position the work environment was awesome. Then they hired this smurf and everything started to go downhill from there. The new policies were made under the guise of increasing productivity, but ultimately seemed like a form of micromanaging. While I am extremely grateful for the friends I made during my brief time with this company, I wouldn’t recommend working here (unless you really need work). Especially in the department I worked in. Thankfully I now have employment that pays a decent wage and can work freely.
