You're selling debt collection for people with tax problems. You scare them to give you their last bit of money. They are so cheap that they won't give you a headset.

The air conditioner and co-workers were awesome. Overtime is common.

Cons

Surprised people giving 5 stars for a company that posts on craigslist and pays minimum wage. A lot of annoyed clients. It's not as simple as a call to optima which will help solve the problems. Most of the time, clients have lost all their information or paperwork, which is why they call us for help. I had to call and annoy a bunch of clients. We had a ridiculous quota that did not emphasize quality. Why quantity over quality? Departments were very disconnected. I had no idea what was going on in the other side.

The pay(reasonable) and benefits are (great).

Cons

You feel like your working at a local High school. IF you do go with the crowd/parties/get together's- you will be slowly pushed out/ made uncomfortable. I had great ideas then my superior took credit for a spreadsheet I created - he doesn't even know how to operate excel ( works off templates).
