Pros

- Upper management is completely open for ways to improve the flow and work environment. - Company culture seems equivalent to google/facebook. Optima makes sure the staff is happy. Its a no brainer that happy employees have a higher production rate and better quality of work produced. - Goals and expectations are realistic - Supportive team

Cons

It is understandable to begin in a different department with lower pay to learn the companies dynamics BUT waiting 3 months or LONGER to be placed in the department that was actually applied for is a bit long. And I have never heard of a company having a stipulation that my advancement is dependent on the status of the class/new hires who were just brought in.

The company as a whole is a pro. The people, culture and environment is so great. I like what we do and I hope to continue working here for a very long time.

Cons

I don't believe there are any major cons. I guess, the shuttle? But, even that isn't a big deal.
