Great technology. The company has made a significant investment in the tools need to get my job done. For real commitment to providing clients valued service,. Friendly work environment. Management has deep knowledge of the tax law and nuances of working with the IRS. Company's focus on being a good corporate citizen is expressed in many ways; they support many community programs and give back in many ways.

Cons

I read that Facebook average incomes is something like $250,000. Optima is not stepping to the plate on that one, at least from where I am.

I've only been working at Optima about a month but I can already tell I made the right decision to join the team. Optima is a company that likes to "promote from within" so this is definitely a great place to work for career growth and advancement. We work hard but there's always some sort of fun activity (department outing, company picnic, weekly lunch for charity, etc.) for employees to partake in. They are very big on recognition and incentives and making every member of the team feel special. We really are one big family I have been in the workforce for about 20 years and can honestly say this is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. There are no egos! Upper management are all very engaged and approachable - this includes the CEO, David King and the Managing partners Harry and Jesse. They walk around and say hi to everyone. You can tell really care about the company and its clients.

Cons

Parking can be an issue because of shared space/company growth, but they have put measures in place to alleviate that a bit.
