We have multiple trainers throughout the organization that provide technical and soft skill workshops on a monthly basis to help support employees in their professional development. Management will lie to you about remote work and how long you have to stay on site. They will continually extend it until they have enough people to make the office look productive, worth the rent, and worth paying upper management to be in to do practically nothing all day. Diversity and protection for outlying communities is a bit of a lie. When someone did something discriminatory to me, my culture circle was cancelled right after like they were trying to prevent me from warning others of the some of the bigots who work on site.
