      Great ramp period, closeness of sales team

      Issues with commissions, doesn't not pay for required travel to markets, management rarely answered calls when assistance is needed.

      Loaded with benefits and good leave accruals

      Cons

      Lower start pay, around $10.80 back in 2016. Next to impossible to move up to RSA level 2 if working at the more consistantly slower locations. And no, years of working for them do not count, only consistent commission goals get you to the next tier. So, with only the annual 2-3% increases left as your means to climb, we determined it've taken me a mere 24 years before I finally cracked $20 per hour, lol!
