      Pros

      Since it’s acquisition by Altice USA, Suddenlink has began developing a very good employee related outlook and its company culture has really taken off. They offer good compensation packages and chock full of different employee product and wellness benefits offered free or at little cost. And…I really loved my supervisor, she made it easy working with her for 5 years.

      Cons

      My location was extremely slow, alas, it was decided after COVID hit to permanently close our office, so The only con I can think of was sometimes having excruciatingly slow days, but we were a unique location, we were Suddenlinks 2nd smallest office of all. Some days we saw nobody, lol! No fault of there’s. All the other locations are always hopping!
