      Pros

      Free internet and cable, free gym, small company feel, lots of team building events offered, paid training and advancement opportunities

      Cons

      communication between departments, management expectations, funding for projects, stuck in a small town, job titles are vague and too custom to allow advancement outside of the company leaving you feeling trapped.

      Atmosphere that breeds excellence. Smart, fun co-workers. Excellent benefits package. Good work is noticed and rewarded.

      Cons

      Salary is on the low end of average. Many departments are lean, so work load can be heavy at times. Under new ownership this year and already seeing spending cutbacks that could become burdensome.
