      Pros

      Great benefits, great people, super friendly, very homely, most supervisory people are friendly and understanding. Great pay especially since they had a raise recently. Close to ever fast food place you could think of.

      Cons

      Some supervisor's aren't very friendly or understanding of a medical situation. Place is ALWAYS cold. Security are STRICT!, dress codes are taken way to seriously.

      Quick money, might make some new friends. IDC about that to be honest

      Cons

      Bad management, don’t care about employees just care about making more money on behalf of their own agents. No communication between management and operations, very bad environment. Promotions are based on connections not hard work.
