Pros

The people you work with are awesome! The pay is great (When you get bonuses) and the benefits are good.

Cons

The company doesn't treat employees like people, they're only there to make money for the owners. I worked there 4 years and never stayed in the same "job" for more than 3 months, I was always shuttled from one department to the next. Each change made it harder to hit goals and earn commission. The rules were not the same for everyone either. The top agents could break all the rules without any consequences, which is why they were the top agents. Also, a lot of the sales and customer service was outsourced overseas which is never a good thing for American customers and very unsettling for American workers.
