Pros

Pay is almost decent. Benefits are awesome. They match and paid most of my insurance.

Cons

They will force you to sell/upgrade to angry customers. Lots of bureaucracy and silly peeing contests between departments. Techs get caught in the middle. Lots of shuffling of management. Most people quit because management is knows nothing about technical support. They get paid the big bucks while the people keeping their half a million dollar accounts intact are paid crap....

Not bad

Pros

Customer Service is a terrible job. No one likes it. But it's not so bad, really. The benefits outweigh the bad customers.

Cons

Advancement is difficult. Promotions are given to the ones that kiss the most butt, not the ones who deserve it.

Good company but uncertain future

Pros

Suddenlink offers good benefits and a friendly work environment. Pay is decent and competitive.

Cons

The company was recently bought by Altice and job cuts are currently happening during the company restructure. Currently only job cuts are coming from the management side. Many people are unsure if their job will survive which has caused employees to leave or start updating their resumes.
