      Pros

      I've been with Optimum for 10+ years, from when it was Cablevision and on through today. The leadership has been excellent, and the people who work here all want to see the business succeed. It makes it very easy to come to work every day.

      There is a lot of change, and while the vast majority is positive it requires a special mindset

      Pros

      As with all jobs/companies, it comes down to who you directly work for. I have been lucky to have amazing leaders during my time at Optimum; ones who provide flexibility, patience, and empathy. The work is constantly changing, which I enjoy, and the company ensures your voice is heard. With very different business units (sales, media, telecom, corporate), the sky is the limit for your career. Employee product benefit is a true life changer!
