      Good team and supportive management in India.

      Cons

      Bonus is a myth unless you have 100 percent utilization. It gets difficult to manage work at times because India's resources keep grinding. The salary slabs are not standardized according to the levels

      Each and every time they hire very bad HR, who doenot know how to work as an HR and how to deal with people. In every situation they become very rude. I left to speak with HR because its waste to communicate with her. The last HR was far better than this HR. Salary is very less No proper hike or bonus. People come and go, no stability.

      There is work life balance in this company.. You will be asked asked to work with minimum 2 project and Maximum to 5 projects.. 8 Hours per day will be a very stressful and will be completely exhausted by end of the day. Over utilization of manpower.
