Pros

8 holidays (not the traditional 11)

Cons

Field based personnel must provide a cell phone for company business. No reimbursement provided by company; Employee expected to shoulder the cost. No reimbursement for office (i.e. internet) or landline. Employee expected to shoulder the cost. Travel policy is out of date. Daily meal allowance is less than $30.00 per day. When you resign, any unused vacation is NOT paid out (unless your specific state's law requires it). Beware! Take your vacation before you resign. Health benefits are sub par which is a joke as the parent company is United Healthcare. Caustic culture - high turnover rate. High priority initiatives are internally focused, not customer focused. If the initiative is tied to upper management bonus then more pressure is applied to individual workers.
