Salary benefits and food perks. Operations Management provide snacks to motivate employees to work. Easy to access and download payslip.

Cons

Constant changes from the line of business and indirect bullying exists. HRs should keep track work performance of supervisors because there are OMs and AMs that are unethical. One of the DMs sending PIPs without informing HR.
