They don't value their employees, Send out surveys that they won't look at, pay raise is so little compared to the work they are putting you through, and force employees to resign if you have complaints about how they handle things. Gaslighting you into thinking that they are doing what's best for you but in reality they just want you to quit so that they can look for new employees to train with wages that's so low. Overall this company is just another slave factory that wants the employees to shoulder the cost of everything they decide to do
