      Pros

      Opportunity to work from home once a week. Some good technical co-workers.

      Cons

      Salary is on the low side. Work hour is long. Work day typically starts at 7 am and won't end until late at night to cover time zone difference with India, which Oracle has a big office. Management is pushy is they don't hesitate to know direct report under the bus to cover their ends.
