Pros

Orasi is extremely loyal to its employees, provides a fair work/life balance, provides ample growth opportunities, and competitive compensation. The executive team provides good vision that has continually kept the company ahead of the curve. The employees at Orasi genuinely care about the customers best interest and get rewarded with a tremendous amount of repeat business.

Cons

I have loved my time at Orasi, but if pressed to provide a con (as I am here) I would say that the company is somewhat tradition in structure (hierarchal, somewhat bland aesthetic of the work environment). Additionally, as is true of many tech companies, Orasi could benefit from more diversity at all levels of the company.

Great place to work

Pros

This is a great place to work. They provide lots of training and you get a variety of industry experience. You can work with a bunch of companies (large and small) and really get a full view of the SDLC and see how different companies do things. Great management team. If you are a hard worker and really shine in what you do - you will be compensated amply and they will make sure you stick around. The benefits are good for the company of this size, you get reimbursed for most of your deductibles. The company is generous with bonuses (if they have a profitable quarter and if you are a good consultant). All of the company get togethers are a lot of fun - their motto is 'work hard and play hard'. Management tries hard to listen to the needs of their consultants and make the changes necessary. The CEO is very charismatic - he has a knack for remembering everyone's names and what project they are on - and takes the time to talk to everyone - even the new folks. Overall they have a great culture & work ethics - employee satisfaction is one of their top core values. The office environment is fairly casual & laid back, there are some flexible work hours, and if you are a traveling consultant you can work from home when not onsite.

Cons

There is not a lot of room to grow within the company as most of the management positions are filled and they don't have new openings often. You can really only go from junior to senior consultant. If you start out as junior consultant, you can move into the traveling consultant position but that requires you to want to travel a lot and be onsite - if that's not a good option for you, you are kind of limited. There is no 401K matching If you are not a traveling consultant, you don't get the work from home option
