Pros

The people are by far the best reason to work here. They are fantastic to work with and it really feels like a family. You will get to see a wide variety of projects and companies and have the opportunity to learn a lot.

Cons

Reviews and raises are not given consistently across all teams within the company. Depending on project schedule work/life balance can suffer at times, but it does balance out eventually.

Orasi will train you on how to do the job through the bootcamp. Fun atmosphere Work is challenging but do-able The employees are awesome people

Limited upward mobility Pay is ok, but could be higher

Pros

Great work environment (can't beat working from home!). Awards employees and recognizes them for their work. Does not micro-manage (at least in the department I work in). Great teamwork amongst team members, even remote members.

Cons

Raises and bonuses have been slow in coming the past 2 years. Communication, especially to remote members, could be better.
