Pros

Great Executive Team. Executives and Managers are always willing to meet in person or talk on the phone. Opportunity for Career growth. Management listens and strives to get you where you want to be in your career. Great people to work with. Colleagues are always willing to answer questions and help out. Many perks when traveling. Many snacks and beverages if you are working in the office. Great for people coming out of college or people with a lot of experience. They reimburse you towards your deductible for your insurance.

Cons

They do not match 401k contributions. Salary could be higher.

Pros

Laid-back atmosphere; flexible schedule and work environment; CEO who is approachable, fun, caring, and committed; team-oriented; awarded for good work; work hard but play hard mindset; gives back to the community in many ways; and low stress.

Cons

Based on salaries around Atlanta, Orasi salaries should be higher. There are a lot of perks, but they also expect a lot out of you. If they had 401K matching, it would help with the fact that salaries are lower than most.

Pros

The corporate culture is one of teamwork and mentoring. There is a wealth of experience and knowledge throughout Orasi, so no matter what kind of project you are working on there is always someone who is willing and able to help. I was mentored before becoming a manager, and I now find the senior management to be of the same mentoring mindset. I have had ample opportunities to grow professionally at Orasi. The company provides reasonable support and training to help advance your career, however they expect employees to take ownership for their professional development and to let management know when they need assistance. I have done this a few times and have always been provided what I needed. As a result I have received 2 certifications and am working on a 3rd. The motto "work hard, play hard" also aptly describes the corporate culture of Orasi. I find the work here to be both challenging and satisfying. Hard work and dedication are rewarded both monetarily (in terms of salary and bonuses) and in perks such as Club Trips, company parties, etc. However let me just address the review that stated people have to be "big drinkers" in order to get hired at Orasi - what a load of garbage! I am a minimal drinker and several of my coworkers don't drink at all, and we all love Orasi! CEO Nick Kavadellas, calls Orasi a "family business" because he considers all the employees his family, and he treats us as such. I have never met a bigger hearted man. If there is anything he can do for his employees he does it! Overall, it's a great company and I am very happy here!

Cons

Because of the consultative nature of the business, most employees have little control over the types of projects on which they work. Management does take employees' desires into consideration but ultimately Orasi has to do what's best for the customer and that can mean you get assigned to projects you don't enjoy or aren't as challenging as you'd like. But on balance I have found my projects over the last 5 years to be enjoyable and challenging.
