A lot of really great people to learn from and really good opportunity for personal growth if you allow it. This is one of those scenarios where you have a leader who is giving all he has to make the company work through incredibly hard times. The fact that he is able to keep it going is impressive. But what does this mean? It means working incredibly hard at times. It means sometimes being outside of your comfort zone. At the end of the day though, this is what keeps companies alive in hard times where many others fail. Emotions get heated in this kind of environment where the work can be demanding. But if you stay the course and use it as a means to learn and be better, the good will outweigh the bad.

They’ll set you on the path towards success. Every employee’s input matters. Not once did I feel like I wasn’t valued for the experience I brought to the table. Even when my ideas were shot down, it was done so respectfully in favor of a more effective method/strategy. I spent two years here before I jumped on an opportunity that paid better.
