Great product with potential but very bad management

Convenient location, some good people with lots of knowledge. Lean organization which could help communication but doesn't

Cons

Very much an old boys club with a lot of hierarchy. The owners do not understand the pharmaceutical business at all. Management does not take criticism at all and does not know how to run a business correctly as they have been set in their ways for way to many years.

Pros

Access to top of the line research equipment. Extraordinary helpful co-workers. Incredibly interesting research taking place. Sometimes have the ability to research what interests you, as long as it is applicable to the main objective of the company. Exceptional guidance from knowledgeable scientists.

Cons

Lot's of monotonous sample processing in the research and development department. Junior staff is most likely underpaid for the amount of work and effort that is put into the research studies. No bonuses. No overtime and may be required to work for free on weekends/nights.
