      Pros

      People are very commmitted and do good work. Organogenesis makes a quality product that has clinical benefit. The company expects to grow so hiring should continue over the next 2-3 years.

      Cons

      Decisions are made by a few and the rest are expected to follow. There is a lot of heirarchy that you have to navigate to get things done.

      Good product, however unreasonable profits expectations (currently cost of product is 20% of price) some good people

      Horrible culture and values, management has no clue Raises do not cover "official" inflation levels Promotions are based on friendships Cheap

      Some good people, very good product, convenient location

      Cons

      Agree with former post, if you do not brown nose the CFO and some other sr. staff, you will have no chance to survive based on your own merit. They will fabricate performance issues in order to let you go without giving you proper feedback or opportunity to correct the "issues". They need to keep expanding in order to fit their large egos.
