Great brand reputation and heritage, at least Calderon and his cronies were ousted before it was too late

Cons

Bureaucracy, overwhelming ERP system, lack of decision making, no clear strategy, CEO, CFO & ExCo have little knowledge of the industry, Global functions totally disconnected from the regional businesses. Employees not empowered or trusted

Salary is good Some really great people work here. Smart, capable and fun.

Cons

The leadership is old school, don’t promote diversity (despite their LinkedIn brand work). Little to no focus on employee development. Fighting too many fires with no focus on key priorities.

Toxic culture and terrible management. Senior managers simply unable to communicate expectations then hung out to dry when things don’t happen. Lots of backstabbing between departments.
