Pros

My coworkers were very friendly

Cons

Management did not allow me to receive any mentoring or help learning the system. I was hired for a specific purpose, but management refused to allow me to accomplish them. Management mocked me for being too old. Fired without cause.

Pros

Ok culture. But as they grow, it's not as "casual" and becoming more "corporate".

Cons

Because of rapid growth, they are still struggling with organization and proper training. Onboarding process is a joke. PTO is unlimited, but billable hours demands make it impossible to take time off if you want to make billable targets they have set forth.

Pros

Literally none. Seems like NDA's have kept ratings high here. In my 10+ year software career Ive never seen anywhere so dysfunctional. They pulled someone off of a mall jewerly store sales floor - on to running IT and Product. Its a big joke amongst the underlings

Cons

Very discriminatory, retaliatory, and toxic culture. Much of management is way underqualified. Dollar store quality. Creative interpretations of already well defined words and phrases (gaslighting). Skill doesnt matter, politics are whats important
