Cons

There's been drastic division changes yearly since I've been here. There is a constant worry that if I'm not working at 110% and billing every hour then I will be let go. Unlimited PTO is only after you hit your 40 hours that week.

-Poor documentation -A lot of handing off bad projects and running with minimal knowledge transfer -No equity in company -Lack of quality training -Sales led organization causing problems from a delivery standpoint

-Most of the people are very smart and great to work with. -Company takes care of the employees with colleague conference, swag, etc. -Flexible work from home policy

Cons

-Extremely difficult to get help. -High Stress -Time Tracking / Service Efficiency -Over worked. Spoke up about capacity several times and it is only getting worse. No reason to believe things will change. -Focus has shifted away from employee and client satisfaction and towards finance. Clients are starting to notice and complain they are being charged for everything.
