Lack of leadership, professionalism and confidentially are words that doesn't exist in their vocabulary, they definitely don't follow the magnet strategy, every one knows about every situation of employees and patient's, they prefer quantity vs quality of patient care. You will see the CEO in Starbucks trying to make some coffee instead of going to the units to see how the employers work with their team. They will have a meeting every 2 or 3 months for future plans in building hospitals 'all around FL state and how much they will grow but not even one meeting for leadership and employees improvement. They love gossiping and degrading other's; if you are not what they expected they will make your life miserable; no accountability for their actions.
